From Tuesday to Saturday, we invite you to discover the cuisine of Clément Vergeat through our tasting menu « Immersion » in 8 courses at 130e per person.
From Tuesday to Thursday, you can also select our menu « Instant » in 5 courses at 95e per person.
We invite you to communicate your potential dietary restrictions when you are placing your reservation in order to be able to modify the menu is necessary.

We can accommodate up to 45 people and are happy to work with you for any setup or specifics for lunch or dinner.
Tracé offers you also the opportunity to book the wine cellar for a table of 3 to 5 people. A pleasant and intimist setting, to enjoy the 5 courses menu « 2023 » at 95e per person, and a wine selection by the bottle.
